Stan and Susan later show up at Kurt's suite, with Kola. Susan was so happy to see her friend is alright, she gives her a warm hug...)

SUSAN : Kurt, thank God nothing happened to my friend, if not, I would have personally told her to stay away from you.
KURT : you want me to die?
STAN : Babe, please, don't kill Kurt finally.
KOLA : hmm......if you die just don't take her along...
KURT : (turns to Kola)...huh? Don't even think I'll leave her for you...not on my life.
SUSAN : (ignoring the men’s jokes)…Bukola...hope they didn't do anything to you?
BUKOLA : well...thanks to Kola, they didn't. That girl asked those three dirty looking crazy bastards to rape me you know...
SUSAN : (shocked)...Jesus!
BUKOLA : Kola walked in just on time...
KOLA : yeah...I saved the day like superman....
KURT : get away from here, stop acting like you're Jet Li, it doesn't suit you...
KOLA : (laughing)...you better thank me for saving your girlfriend...
KURT : thank you? If something had happened to her, I would have killed you first, because I wanted to go there straight but you said I should go to the police station instead, damn it.
KOLA : oh...oh...we can't take chances, Kurt, you may end up killing those guys if care is not taken...
KURT : thanks anyway... Brute...
KOLA : (laughing)...hmm...
STAN : have you called Lara's Dad?
KURT : yeah...
STAN : how did he take it?
KURT : well...you can imagine...(His phone starts ringing and he goes to answer it)...excuse me...
STAN : alright...
SUSAN : (cuts in)...Bukola, you must have been scared to your wits...
BUKOLA : huh! I was damn scared! I kept begging them...
STAN : Ken will surely pay for this.
BUKOLA : you guys have been saying its Ken, what has Ken got to do with this?...(Looking at Stan and Kola)
KOLA : Kurt hasn't told you?
BUKOLA : no. He didn't tell me anything...
KOLA : he didn't tell you what the ransom is?
BUKOLA : no...(She kept looking at both Stan and Kola, expecting them to say something)...
STAN : hmm mm...(Looks at Kola)
KOLA : okay.
BUKOLA : haha...you guys should talk!
STAN : he will tell you when he gets here...
SUSAN : why ain't you guys talking?...(Decided to ignore them as Kurt walks back to the sitting room).....look Babe let's leave them. We have our own gist.
BUKOLA : okay...let's go to the bedroom and talk...

(Bukola and Susan enter into Kurt's bedroom to talk while the guys continued with their gist....)

STAN : guess what I have on Andrew?
KURT : Jack has found something already?
STAN : I tell you...he gave someone his British passport to travel to the UK...
KOLA : (surprised)...what?
KURT : why will he do such a thing?
STAN : he was broke and the guy promised to give him $100,000.
KOLA : but his father has money, why is he so broke?
KURT : Andy Silva is becoming broke. Look, it was thanks to the money I kept asking Tunji to transfer to him that kept his campaign going for that long.
KOLA : (shaking his head)...too bad for Andrew.
STAN : back to what I was saying, the guy is a drug dealer. Who had been banned from the UK once, so he needed to go there badly for a deal but couldn't get a visa.
KURT : didn't Andrew know that?
STAN : I have no idea...but well, he gave Andrew a down payment of 30k dollars to borrow his passport...
KOLA : to pay the rest later...
STAN : (chuckles)...now guess what?....the guy was nabbed right at the airport with Andrew's passport.
KOLA : what!....
KURT : but what was he thinking, going to the UK with another person's passport?
STAN : well, being a black guy, I heard he kinda look like Andrew so he thought they won't notice, but they got him through his finger prints or so.
KOLA : ouch...they'll call him a thief and give Andrew his passport back, simple.
STAN : not that simple...
KOLA : (surprised)...why?
STAN : in order to reduce his count charges, he claimed not to have stolen the passport but got it with the consent of the owner.
KOLA : and they believed him?
STAN : he proved it, man.
KOLA : how will he do that?
KURT : that's simple...he can just call up Andrew in the presence of the police and have a conversation with him about the passport, that's all...
STAN : exactly what they did... Coupled with the fact that there was no formal report made with the US police that Andrew's passport was missing. Now, even Andrew dares not step into the United Kingdom, he'll be nabbed immediately.
KOLA : but how did Jack get to know all these?
STAN : how else? Jack suddenly lend Andrew a helping hand after meeting him at the bar, he paid his bills and got him a nice hawker for the night. Two days later, brought him another two bitches for the night...(Winks)...they became friends and he spat all the shit out.
KOLA : Jerk!
KURT : a big one.
STAN : I'm sure he spat it all out when he was drunk...
KURT : he's going down...
STAN : you've not heard the worst part...
KOLA : what again?
STAN : his visa expires soon too..
KOLA : what! US visa?
STAN : exactly.
KOLA : (starts laughing)...I can't believe this is happening now...now that his father is almost indicted...
KURT : things are falling into place...
STAN : and about Ken, I've called up Dad to involve the help of the commissioner of police.
KOLA : we've gotten Andy, Ken will soon go down....and Andrew, he's just by the corner....you know, I'd love to see Andy's face when he gets to find out that his sponsor is really not who he think he is and that we actually started that TV station just to take our revenge on him and his son for what they did.
STAN : it’s gonna be fun I tell you.
KURT : I'd love to see the defeat in their eyes...


(Unknown to them that Susan and Bukola have been listening to their conversation. The duo walks into the sitting room...)

BUKOLA : so you guys have been the ones behind all these?

(They all turn to see Bukola and Susan staring at them...)

KURT : em....we can explain.
BUKOLA : Jide, so you still harbor all those hatred in your heart? You never forgave those people, even with the fact that God has now given you everything, even more than you can ever think of. Yet you still wanted to take your revenge. Why don't you allow God to fight for you?
KURT : oh please Bukola, stop being melodramatic! It’s not like I framed them the way they framed me...
BUKOLA : so? You shouldn't have spent all that money just to take revenge instead of using it to help the less privileged in the society. After all, God helped you out of that prison, then why don't you allow God...
KURT : (cuts in)...and allow Andy Silva to keep destroying people's lives anyhow he wants?...
BUKOLA : that's not for you to decide...leave him! Spend your money on the poor who needs it...
KURT : but I'm doing that. I've given scholarships to over a hundred students. I have an account from where I disburse cash to the orphanage homes. I created employment for so many people....
BUKOLA : (cuts in)...that's not what I'm saying...look, leave them, leave Andy Silva alone...
KURT : (cuts in)...I should leave him, after everything he has done? More like I shouldn't even have exposed him?
BUKOLA : of course, it may not be necessary...
KURT : (cuts in)...you know what? I can't blame you...you're talking like this because you have never being a victim of someone like Andy Silva and you have your mother with you...look at me. I had a mother who loved and suffered for me just to be someone in life, but what happened? I lost her to the cold hands of death all because of those people...(Stands up and takes some steps away from her, backing her)...you can't know how it feels...
BUKOLA : (feeling she may have over reacted)...look, I understand what you're saying...
KURT : (cuts in)...no you don't! You have no idea! You don't know how it feels seeing your parents suffering while you are hale and hearty, without any sickness, disease or illness, yet you can't help them! You don't know how it feels not being able to say your last goodbyes to both your parents, talk-less of having the opportunity to bury them. I don't even know where they were buried. They both died suffering for the only child they have. A child they didn't have till after over fifteen years of craving, wishing and praying just to have a child in marriage...I was supposed to bring joy to them, alleviate their poverty, bring laughter to them....but what did I do? I brought tears, shame, and sadness to them. My father was seriously ill when I was brought to prison, he wasn't supposed to leave his bed, he wasn't healthy enough to walk around, yet, he left the house, just because they couldn't find the lawyer that was supposed to take up my case. Both him and my Mother didn't know the lawyer had absconded, they waited at his office, under a tree, ready to wait till any time the lawyer shows up, just to defend their only son. That was when my Dad slumped and died. Won't we say I caused his death? Was it not because of me!...My mother did all sorts of odd jobs just to feed me in prison, she would come and see me almost every day to bring food. When I was out there, I would help her sell pure water and anything available to help with the expenses of the house. But when I was locked up she had to do everything alone, feeding me and feeding herself! That was what she was doing, running around, when she died, knocked down by a car after falling from a bike...(Turns to Bukola)...were you not the one that brought me the bad news? Was it not you?....(Bukola could not say anything, he turns away from her)...just look at me now...I have everything....all the dreams I had; to make them the happiest people after having suffered a lot, I dreamt of taking them abroad, to the best places, give them the best of everything ...(Turns to look at her again)...but where are they? DEAD! Both dead!...and you want me to sit down and do nothing? What’s more…do you want Andy Silva to destroy more lives? Do you know how many people he has destroyed even without being a governor? Now you want me to leave him so he can become a governor and destroy more lives. Or have you forgotten that he will have immunity to do whatever he likes? Tell me how many governors have been indicted for whatever crimes they committed?
KOLA : (seeing that Kurt is really angry he goes to pat him)…it’s okay man...
KURT : you know what...just....(He tries to withhold the word from coming out of his mouth but)...go...(Leaves his hotel room for the lounge on the first floor)

(Kola looks at Bukola who is now feeling really guilty. She sits down not knowing what to do or say.

Susan who has also been furious decided to blurt out...)

SUSAN : (turns to Stan)...fine, Kurt has a good reason to do what he's doing...but what of you? Why are you so engrossed with it? Nowadays, you've been so secretive, always on the run, you've even neglected the company! All because of another person's revenge?
STAN : (looks at Susan angrily)...did you just ask me that question? Did you just say another person's revenge?
SUSAN : of course Stan! Instead of you to try and stop Kurt, you're helping him out. Why? What's in it for you?
STAN : (stands up and walks up to Susan)....wait a minute, you! You are saying this to me?...whose sister died? Tell me? And why do you think my Mum died?....tell me, I said why do you think my Mum battled with stroke for so long before she finally died?!!!...(Holding her tight)....was it not because Carol died that Mum became sick? Tell me Suz!...those bastards did not just kill my sister but they killed my Mum too and you're telling me I have no reason?!(Leaves her and walks away from her)...I can't believe you're saying this to me...(Turns to look at her).. I thought you were Carol's friend?...I thought her death hurt you...
SUSAN : (regretting what she said)...em...I...
STAN : (cuts in)...I can't blame you...it wasn't your sister that died! She was just a friend. A friend! It wasn't your mother that died either, she was just your mother in-law!....so I don't blame you....you know why? Because you don't know how it feels to loose one's only sister and mother...
SUSAN : (feeling really remorseful)...I'm...I'm sorry....(Trying to hold her husband)....
STAN : don't touch me...stay away from me...(he leaves the suite for the lounge too)
SUSAN : Stan! Stan...(Running after him but he closes the door behind him)

(The ladies are now left with Kola who didn't spare them...)

KOLA : (goes to sit down)...you guys sure over did it. I think you guys should learn how to treat your men at a time like this.
SUSAN : (looks at Bukola)...I think we over reacted...
KOLA : you're still thinking? You don't know yet?
BUKOLA : I shouldn't have said all that to him...I mean, I was the one that told him about his Mum and I can remember how he reacted that day...
SUSAN : I also remember how Stan behaved when his Mum died. He was furious...I should have known...
KOLA : you two had better undo this...
BUKOLA : what do we do now? Kurt is sure angry. I can't walk up to him right now, he just told me to...to leave...
KOLA : he said that out of anger...
BUKOLA : I remember the last time I saw him at the prison, that was how he asked me to leave...
KOLA : oh come on...this time it’s different. I'm sure he didn't mean it.
BUKOLA : you think so?
KOLA : I know so. That guy is crazy about you Babe, he's just got a temper that's all. That's why you need to study him and know how to handle him...(Turns to Susan)...and you...you should have taken it easy on him. You knew Carol was his sister...
SUSAN : I...I forgot Kola. It totally skipped my mind.... I shouldn't have said all that to him. I was really wrong. This is the first time he'll be this angry with me...
KOLA : then apologize to him...
SUSAN : he's furious Kola....I've not seen this part of him before....(Goes to sit down)....Stan used to be the very cool easy going guy, hardly getting angry....but today...(Shaking her head)...
KOLA : that's normal...he's angry, he should react that way....(Adjusts on his seat)....look, you two should give them some time to calm down, then walk up to them and apologize simple...
