Silvia has been ignoring all the calls coming into her phone. She put her phone on silence mode trying to think of what will become of her husband...)

SILVIA : this man is doomed o, God, if only we had known, we shouldn't have allowed that useless Tunji Adebayo. The man only came to ruin my family....what will my husband do now? The election is in about two to three weeks...who will even vote for him with all these...chai!...
(She was still thinking out loud when Joan walked in)
JOAN : Mum...(Walking up to her bed to seat beside her)...is all what I'm hearing true?
SILVIA : what did you hear?
JOAN : my friends said Dad was shown on TV....
SILVIA : don't mind them....
JOAN : Mum, I'm not a kid anymore...if Dad really did all what I heard he did, he'll surely go to jail. Although, I didn't see the one on TV 'cause I was busy watching the video on the internet, but...
SILVIA : (cuts in)…hey...Joan, just stop talking about all this now. Your father needs your support and not your criticisms. We have to support him.
JOAN : Mum, either we support him or not, if Dad is a murderer, he will definitely go to jail....(Her phone starts ringing)...just look, my friends have been hurling different abusive words at me just for....(She looks at the caller)...its Andrew...
SILVIA : bring it let me talk to him...(Collecting the phone from her, she picks it).... Hello
CALLER : Mum, what's all these I'm hearing about Dad? Is it true...
SILVIA : son, don't mind them. It’s that useless sponsor your Dad met that's playing pranks on him.
CALLER : pranks? Mum...hope Dad won't have to go to jail o?
SILVIA : by God's grace he won't!
CALLER : remember my visa is almost expired, don't let them deport me from here.
SILVIA : they won't. Your father has friends. They will help him out....and if they should, you'll go to the UK. After all your passport it with you, isn't it?
CALLER : em...my passport...
SILVIA : yes, your British Passport...
CALLER : em...oh...that, yes...em....its...it’s there...
SILVIA : there, where?
CALLER : I mean....here...yes.
SILVIA : why are you stuttering?
CALLER : me? No, I'm not...
SILVIA : or is something wrong with your Passport.
CALLER : no...I just prefer to stay here in the states that's all...
SILVIA : don't worry, your Dad won't be locked away.
CALLER : I hope so. And one other thing, I need some money o.
SILVIA : money? But I just sent you about ten thousand dollars when you were about coming to Nigeria about two weeks ago...
CALLER : but that's almost finished.
SILVIA : look Andrew, what's on ground now is more important than sending you  money....Go and get a job or something...(she hangs up on him)
JOAN : Mum...you're spoiling Andrew too much....at his age, he's supposed to have a good job, yet he doesn't want to work.
SILVIA : Joan, look, I'm having headache now, I need to sleep...(Handing her phone to her)
JOAN : okay...(Collecting her phone)....no problem...(Leaving for her room)





(Kurt could not sleep throughout the night. He kept thinking of what would become of Bukola.

At around 8 a.m in the morning, his phone started ringing. Immediately Stan and Kola heard the phone ringing, they came over to him as he picks it...)

KURT : hello?
CALLER : Jide Akande...
KURT : y...yes...
CALLER : good! Now we're getting somewhere....now I want you to get me all the evidences you have against Ken and Andrew and some money too. That is what I want in exchange for Bukola. All of it!
KURT : how much?
CALLER : sixty million naira....
KURT : when and where should I bring it?
CALLER : go and get everything ready. I'll call you back to tell you the time and location...(Hangs up)
KURT : hello!...hello!...
KOLA : (walking up to him)...that's the kidnapper right? What did he say?
KURT : he said he wants all the evidences against Ken and Andrew. All.... With some money...
(Both Kola and Stan look at each other)
KOLA : is that not the evidence you said Bukola got against those two?
STAN : it is...but that's strange...who could that be? Who knows that you're Jide and that you have a proof against Ken and Andrew? This is strange because nobody knows about the evidence except you, Susan, Bukola and I...oh and the lawyers...and none of them can do this....
KOLA : it must be someone interested either in Ken or Andrew.
STAN : Andy is ruled out since he's busy thinking of his own problem...
KOLA : yeah...(Thinking of who it could be)....are you sure those two did not know that you got their conversation recorded?
STAN : (thinking about it)...if they do, why acting just now?....
KOLA : well...Kurt just came back...or Jide...they had no reason to do it before now.
STAN : hmm...that's true...but...
KOLA : (cuts in)...or who else knows about that evidence?....(His phone rings and he picks it)...yes?
CALLER : we saw him coming to a place last night and we followed him. He had visited the same place a day before.
KOLA : and what's happening there?
CALLER : sir, we sneaked into the place yesterday night and we found out that there's a lady kidnapped here.
KOLA : (shocked)...what!...he kidnapped a lady!...since when?
CALLER : we're not so sure...
KOLA : then why are you just telling me now? (Looks at Kurt and Stan) why didn't you tell me last night?!
CALLER : ...because...you told us to get proofs for you but we couldn't take pictures yesterday, so we decided to wait and take pictures this morning.
KOLA : and have you now taken the pictures?
CALLER : em...we thought he will come there early this morning, since we're supposed to take the pictures with him there, but he hasn't come yet, that's  why we decided to tell you, so you won't ask why we're not following him at this time.
KOLA : send me the address immediately!
CALLER : okay sir.
KOLA : and stay there, never leave the place even for a sec.
CALLER : yes sir...(Hangs up)
STAN : what happened?
(All of a sudden Kurt who had been brooding over Bukola's kidnap, ignoring Stan and Kola's assumptions snaps out of it and jacks Kola...)
KURT : Who kidnapped a lady? Is it Bukola?
KOLA : calm down man...(Trying to release his shirt from Kurt's hand)....it’s the surveillance on Ken. They said he visited this particular place last night and they found out he kidnapped a lady there.
KURT : is it Bukola...?(Still holding his shirt tight and shaking him)
KOLA : calm down Kurt...they're not sure....
KURT : (releases Kola's shirt)...where's the place? Give me the address.
KOLA : wait, that explains it! It must be Ken! That's why he wants to collect the evidence you have against him so he won't have to go to jail!
(Then they hear the message alert on Kola's phone and immediately Kurt tries to collect the phone from him...)
KURT : give it to me right now.
KOLA : calm down man...(holding his phone back)...we have to set a plan on what to do...
STAN : that's true Kurt...calm down, we have to be careful. From what you said, he already called you, so that means he knows you're Jide.
KURT : so? I don't care. All I know is I can't allow Bukola spend another minute there! Who knows what she went through last night...
KOLA : yet, Kurt, we have to think of what to do, we can't just barge into the place. It will be dangerous for her. I've told those guys to keep a close watch on the place.
KURT : oh my God...(Pacing)
KOLA : come on Kurt pull yourself together...you need your FBI training here...
STAN : what do you mean by FBI training?
KOLA : of course...he did his Temporary Training with the FBI when he was in part 3. He was there for six months and was so good they asked him to stay but he declined.
STAN : (he turns to Kurt who seem uninterested)…never told me that...I did mine with the New York Police Department not FBI, how come...
KOLA : (cuts in)...he got a recommendation from his department being the best student.
STAN : I see...smart brain...
KOLA : (turns to Kurt)...now you have to think with your head and not your Heart Kurt, that's the only way we can save Bukola...
KURT : (trying to calm down)...what do we do?
KOLA : good!...let's go to the place and wait for their call. But before then we go to the police to make a report.
KURT : The Nigeria Police? They are useless!
KOLA : we may not really need them. We just need their acknowledgment.
KURT : tell those guys to ensure they watch every entrance and exit into that place...I'll send more men if they want.
STAN : good...let's send Hamud and Lakin. They can help out in such a case since they have a little military training too.
KOLA : they are just body guards Stan, Semy and Jude were at the Defence Academy for 3 years before they messed up. They are good for the job. And remember, they want to impress me so I can help them into the FBI or the NYPD. What can Hamud and Lakin do?
STAN : they are body guards with military training Kola, they can help...we don't know how many men are over there. We need to be more than them. Just send me the address, I'll send it to them...(Dialing his phone, he moves aside)
KOLA : (shrugs)...okay...but I'll prefer they go with Kurt.
KURT : I can't wait for anybody. I'll be on my way to the police station...there should be one nearer to that place...
KOLA : better still, Stan, can we involve the help of the commissioner of Police.
KURT : that will take a longer time, let's go...you two can leave together. I'll go in my car...(He leaves)
